Due to poor planning and bad traffic I missed much of the festival, including the sumo wrestling and yummy, yummy tofu (bleh). However I got there in time to see what I wanted, the Cosplay Contest and Parade. Here are some of the (good) pictures I took:

The Parade:
There were several floats w/ pretty beauty pageant winners, this was the only one I took that came out well.
Cosplayers on Parade:
The Cosplayers would stop every once in a while and a group would do the 'Hare Hare' dance.
This float was the finale' of the parade. Just after the sun had set.
